We are a rapidly growing professional services organization in the niche area of Cloud solutions.The Technical Business Development Manager position is a key sales role within NAVOMI, responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for target companies around the world by working both independently and closely with NAVOMI’s technology partners, CEO and Senior Management.
The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for growing current relationships and acquiring new clients for NAVOMI. The candidate will target sales of NAVOMI’s entire portfolio of Services and offerings including DataN Integrations service, Salesforce.com implementations, Social Connectors, Bots and CRM and other custom middleware expertise for industry’s popular CRMs, by developing marketing and sales strategies, execute the same, as well as drive the sales cycle of all sales opportunities end to end.
Build NAVOMI brand and long-term value with customers, markets and relationships by positioning NAVOMI’s services in various partnerships/eco-systems/channels
Create and grow new lines of business/channels w.r.t services, Customer Success Organization and Bot capabilities
Close collaboration with NAVOMI’s pre-sales & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs
Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms and technology partners, and renegotiate contracts/agreements that result in guaranteeing the pipeline of business with the same
Manage the end-to-end sales process. Be the authority w.r.t sales and marketing for all prospects, customer, technology partners
Solid understanding of Paas, SaaS, iPaaS, Managed Services, CRM, Digital engagement and conversational platforms
5+ years of proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing services into the general cloud solutions industry and salesforce.com and iPaaS in particular
5+ years working in a channel partnership model with evolving platforms and RFP processes
Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
Experience with partnership, SoWs, change orders and performance based revenue sharing agreements
