IDEAL CANDIDATE:
As the Project Manager, your job will be to own the planning, budgeting, oversight and documentation of all aspects of client projects.
The Project Manager will work closely with executive leadership, both internally and externally, ensuring the scope and direction of each project deliverable is on schedule, as well as other dependency teams for required support and fulfillment.
This role requires Project Management, Business Analysis and applications technical support background. Manage Technology projects by working closely with in-house/offshore/customer teams to maximize products and service effectiveness while focusing on offerings of the company. Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Introduce best practice processes and tools that will help build cutting edge cloud based solutions. A Player Coach role w.r.t Support services. Be a product/offering SME w/customers in addition to managing overall services projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Build Project Plans and manage projects and services team to work closely with customers
Implement best practices around PMM with our services
Work closely with NAVOMI Sales team and in-house/offshore/customer teams to maximize products and service effectiveness
Keep self and teams billable utilization high.
Play applications technology support role when not utilized as Project Manager
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage and identify SoWs and Change Orders requests
SKILLS:
Professional services and DevOps background
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
Business analysis with data and applications integration projects
Highly organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cultivate the client relationship through successful delivery while increasing the demand for professional services
End-to-end implementation management w/ Agile methodologies
Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Effectively prioritize work efforts to maximize available resources and add maximum value to the business.
Experience with large scale and global enterprise projects
PMP certification
YEARS EXPERIENCE:
Overall 8+ years of experience and at least 5+ years of Enterprise Project Management experience in:
Consulting/Solutions Architect/Pre-sales/Lead experience
Experience managing cross functional teams, SDLC
Experience managing enterprise applications
Experience in supporting and providing Tier 1/2 role
Experience with CRM platforms.
Ideally Salesforce.com applications
Solutions Architecture in Cloud/SaaS solutions deployment
