With a team specialized in LivePerson, Twilio, Salesforce, IBM Watson, Microsoft Dynamics, Veeva, MuleSoft, among other solutions and technologies, NAVOMI has the ability to take on any type of project that requires development, customization and integration requested by the client.
Activities and Responsibilities:
Technical Knowledge of Products:
Prepare presentations to Customers, in a more technical way, about the tools offered by NAVOMI (LivePerson, Twilio, Salesforce ...)
Account Management:
Follow up for NAVOMI’s customers to ensure success in using the contracted tool
Prepare management reports to monitor the indicators of the Clients
Project management:
Plan, prepare, test and improve solutions according to the Customer's business rule
Prepare and conduct tool training for Customers
Delivery of Best Practices:
Always be up to date and learning about the features and developments of the best practices in the tools offered by NAVOMI
Strategic Initiatives:
Identify improvements and opportunities for Up-Sell and Cross-Sell of the tool to Customers
Relationship management:
Maintain a good relationship with the client, bringing new opportunities
Support for product development:
Integrations, implementations, mapping of new products and services, development of programmable solutions
Requirements:
Complete University education in IT, Engineering or Science Computing
Fluent English (Speaking and Writing) - Spanish will be a differential
Good experience with:
Call Center, Customer Relationship and Service Channels
Customer service solutions (SaaS) software
Knowledge of logic and programming languages:
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
