Invodo's Rich Media Widget
NAVOMI partnered with Invodo to create a Liveperson widget. It leverages Liveperson’s Engagement SDK to provide the ability for an agent to send a media, either as a video or URL, to the visitor or guest in a Liveperson chat.
The widget provides a feature-set as follows:
- Ability for a Liveperson agent to browse or search available Invodo media from within the engagement window
- Ability for agent to manually enter a media URL
- Ability for agent to preview media (video-only)
- Ability for agent to “Send” media via the LivePerson Engagement Window
- Ability for agent to see real-time activity associated with the media (view status, etc.) via an activity log
