A VEEVA Use Case for North American Lifesciences Company
NAVOMI team helped a North American Life Sciences Company, a Veeva CRM customer, integrate Samples data with the Sample Guardian platform using the NAVOMI Datan solution. The integration was live within 60 days, including analysis/mapping and data migrations.
Major steps in the process:
- NAVOMI team mapped the data from Veeva CRM system to Sample Guardian system
- Datan extracts the data from customer CRM system and prepares the data files in the format required by Sample Guardian and automatically push the data to Sample Guardian
- Sample Guardian consumes this data and generates log files
- Datan automatically reads the log files and informs the stakeholders of the status of the data loading
The process is completely automated so that the data from CRM system is loaded to Sample Guardian system at required interval without any manual intervention.
